The module features CMS 4.0 compliant management interface and supports adaptive equalization, ensuring signal integrity across demanding data center environments. The dual MPO-12/APC connectors with angled polish minimize back reflections, offering significant advantages over conventional passive fiber cable implementations.
- The transceiver incorporates two complete 400Gb/s transceiver engines that operate independently within a single housing. Each engine converts four electrical lanes of 53.125 GBd PAM4 signals into optical signals using integrated EML lasers. These optical signals are transmitted through eight dedicated fibers (four per port) within the MPO-12 connectors over single-mode Optical Fiber Cable . Advanced DSP technology provides signal retiming, adaptive input equalization, and output emphasis to maintain signal integrity. The module automatically detects connected fiber configurations, supporting straight 400Gb/s connections or splitter configurations that enable 200Gb/s operation with reduced power consumption.
