The transceiver is CMIS 4.0 compliant and supports advanced digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM).

  • The MMA4Z00-NS400 leverages 100G per lane PAM4 modulation technology. The electrical host interface consists of 8 differential pairs (4 Tx, 4 Rx) operating at 53.125 Gbaud. The optical engine uses 850nm VCSELs with integrated driver and TIA arrays. The module includes adaptive Tx input equalization, programmable Rx output amplitude, and pre-/post-cursor tuning for signal integrity optimization. Built-in PRBS generator and checker enable in-system link validation without external test equipment.
